This study analyzes the metabolic, hormonal, and anti-inflammatory effects of tirrizepatide on the female body and its possible implications for endometrial health in adult women with metabolic disorders. This is a qualitative, descriptive, and exploratory study, developed through an integrative review of the scientific literature, using the PICO strategy to guide the search in databases such as PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, SciELO, and Google Scholar, selecting recent clinical studies and systematic reviews. The results demonstrate that tirrizepatide promotes a significant improvement in glycemic control, with a reduction in glycated hemoglobin, decreased insulin resistance, and significant weight loss of up to 20.9% at a dose of 15 mg, in addition to improved lipid profile. Systemic anti-inflammatory effects are also observed, with a reduction in markers such as C-reactive protein and interleukin-6, contributing to a decrease in inflammation associated with obesity. These effects may indirectly impact female reproductive health, especially in conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome, in addition to possible interactions with oral contraceptives due to delayed gastric emptying. It is concluded that tirzepatide represents a promising therapy in the management of metabolic disorders, with a potential positive impact on endometrial health, although specific studies on its direct effects on this tissue are needed.
